Important Notice: Credits are virtual goods sold as one-time purchases. MeiGen does not operate subscription or auto-renewal models — there is no subscription to cancel. Credits activate immediately upon purchase and remain valid permanently.Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or converted to currency. This does not affect your right to request refunds under the eligible situations described below. Due to the special nature of virtual goods, refunds are generally not supported under normal circumstances.

1. System Errors Causing Duplicate Charges
- Payment system failures causing duplicate charges for the same order
- Transaction record screenshots required as evidence
- Duplicate charges will be refunded after system verification
2. Extended Service Interruption
- Technical failures causing continuous service interruption exceeding 72 hours
- No AI functions available during interruption period
- Proportional refund based on interruption duration
3. Platform-Related Service Unavailability
- Permanent service discontinuation due to platform technical upgrades or policy changes
- User accounts mistakenly suspended due to platform system errors
- Other non-user-related causes of service unavailability
4. Generation Failures (Automatic)
- If credits are deducted but a generation fails to complete due to AI provider errors or platform issues, the credits are automatically refunded
- No manual application is required for automatic refunds
- If you believe credits were not properly refunded, please contact [email protected]
Non-Refundable Situations
1. Normal Use Situations
- Refund requests after normal service use
- Dissatisfaction with AI generation results (AI results have inherent randomness)
- Discovering unnecessary or low usage frequency after purchase
2. Violation of Terms
- Service suspension due to user agreement violations
- Using services to generate illegal or inappropriate content
- Malicious attacks or service abuse
3. Other Situations
- Unable to use service normally due to user device issues
- Poor user experience due to network environment problems
- Orders purchased more than 30 days ago, except where the refund-eligible situations in Section 1 above apply (such as service interruptions or permanent service discontinuation)
