How it's billed:Direct generation bills your selected output duration. With a reference video, billable seconds = max(reference duration + selected output duration, the minimum billable seconds for that output duration). Output length is still the selected duration.

Example: 5s output + 2s reference = max(7, 9) = 9 billable seconds — 99 credits at 480p, 216 at 720p, or 486 at 1080p.

Seedance 2.0

Per-second pricing. Three tiers: Mini (default, lightweight, 480p/720p), Fast (480p/720p), and Pro (higher quality, native 1080p and 4K). The With reference video rate applies when a reference video is uploaded; all three tiers support reference-video continuation.

How it's billed

1.When you upload a reference video, billing switches to the With reference video rate. Billable seconds = reference duration + your selected duration (not less than the minimum from the lookup table). Output length = your selected duration.
